Welcome to comoboat4tours.it, the site dedicated to the most beautiful wooden boat tours on Lake Como. Before purchasing our services, we invite you to read the following

WEATHER CONDITIONS
In the event of adverse weather conditions that make navigation dangerous, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour. In this case, we will offer alternatives or a full refund.

The pick-up and drop-off points will be agreed in advance but may vary based on weather conditions; such changes will not entail any liability on the part of the company.
Como Boat 4 Tours is not responsible for organizing or paying for alternative transportation to the location or new departure point.

DELAY Como Boat 4 Tours will stick to the confirmed time and will wait up to a maximum of 15 minutes beyond the times agreed for the service. After that, the boat service may be subject to additional costs.

SAFETY Como Boat 4 Tours has the right and duty to prevent access on board to persons in a visibly altered state who could

DAMAGES The customer is responsible for any damage caused on board the vessel and will be required to pay an amount equivalent to any breakage or damage.
Guests participate in the tours at their own risk. Como Boat 4 Tours is not responsible for damage to persons or things resulting from irresponsible behavior of guests during the tour.

RIGHTS TO USE IMAGES: Guests consent to the use of images captured during the tour for promotional purposes by Como Boat 4 Tours.
CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
To guarantee the service and book DELAY OF Como Boat 4 Tours, a payment of 30% of the amount of the chosen tour is required, to be made using the payment method indicated on the site. A booking confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the 30% payment. For the balance we ask for a valid credit card and expiration date to be communicated at the time of booking, no amount will be charged in advance but must be paid before boarding (exact cash directly at Como Boat 4 Tours or with credit card debit consent). In case of bad weather obviously no payment will be required.

CANCELLATION TERMS
If the customer wishes to cancel the tour within 30 days of the tour date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Otherwise, the full cost of the tour will be charged.

PRIVACY:
The personal data provided during the booking will be processed according to our Privacy Policy
